Cox Communications This email is regard to the dissatisfaction and poor customer service, and impending fraud due to charges that Cox Communications has imposed. Cox communications took 4 months to install a bundle service, had our long distance phone service terminated prior to our new service, has charged us for 4 wall drops which they did not install and has charged us for a starting service date that never occurred. I do not recommend this company for any communication service.
