the fair park bank of dallas has charged me over $600.worth overdraft charges by running check through 3 and 4 times.i am a senior citizen on a fixed income,last month they took all my check except just enough to pay my mortage.my utilities was so high,they was 2month behind,my car insuranse,my life ins.my grandchildren ins,my credit cards,i had overdraft protection and they charged me$160.fee there is no money left in my acc.but they are still running checks through.is that legal?i have not bought any thing to be overdraft this much.i had no money to buy food last month.i dont know if i will lose my and the children insurance or not,i will have to wait another month before i get another check.i feel like this is not good business and something need to be done about it.bankofamerica been doing these tactics for a long time.i think this bank should be audit for seniors citizens that on a fixed income that bank there.
