complain for steam iron model no 1010

Dear Sir/Madam,

This a complain that we bought a Philips Steam iron Dated 15 oct 06 invoice No 3839 Om Electronics 30/D-6 Sector 6 Rohini Delhi 85 Phone 27047601 after two days when we used it was not working well it start getting overheated and sticking to our cloths where as we went to shopkeeper Dated on 05 Nov 06 he told us that with weeks time he will return our iron after getting repaired,but today morning i.e 12 Nov they were behaving in such a arrogant behaviour after that i was moving towards compalin directly to you and expecting a strong action will be taken to save the loyalty towards your product.

I will be expecting your strong action would be take other wise i have to take some strong action it might heart your markit reputation that's why i want get you involved into it because this not a matter of 1200 Rs but this a matter of services which you are trying to provide to your user that was not properly being given to the customer.

at the moment i one the non satisfied user of your product and if i don't find any good response towards this i woundnot be able to use it and even not recommend anyone to use it till the time i dont found good response from your side.
