The Laminate Store

We recently bought flooring from the Laminate Store. We tried to bring back the excess , as we were told we could, then the fun began. They told us that the excess could not be returned, and were quite unpleasant. In the space of about 30 seconds, the manager returned, having"called corporate" to confirm that they could not accept a return(on a Sunday morning, she could get a corporate representative, hold a conversation, and be back so soon?). We did get some of our money back, after a very long time. I would advise your readers to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!
