We went to this store on November the 4th and were quoted $345.71 for a 16X20 area of carpet. This we were quoted (we also have a paper with the quoote) included carpet, padding and installation. We were then called today and told that the price would be $1097 or close to it. I called the customer service line at 800-553-3199 and spoke to both Diane and Martin. During the call, Martin apparently thought the complaint was funny and laughed at me. Near the end of the call, he said the best deal he could give me was $950 or an amount close to it. I told him that deal would not work with me. He then procedded to yell into the phone "Mrs. Cowger, I have been very clear that this is my final offer." I want home depot to install the carpet at the price quoted.
