refund from Communications Publishing

Can you you please tell me what I need to do to get my refund from this company. I sent my book back to the company back in September for a full refund and they never sent me a refund yet or the book back. They ripped me off and I'm pretty pissed about that.

I didn't order anything, have never heard of them but have two charges on bank acct. within a week of each other. what is best way to handle this as i have no way of knowing a phone # or address.
