charter communications

When I called Charter Communications today concerning a high bill of $57.19 and mentioned that I have a friend from Tennessee is here and she has charter cable plus internet connection for less than $10 per month. Your rep said that the rates are different from state to state. I do know that Massachusetts is nicknamed “tax-achusetts”, but must we be unduly treated by businesses as well?

Why do customers get raised rate... when they advertise on their website free installation and internet for less than $20 per month.
