With regards to the attitude of whirlpool service people

Hello,

This is to inform all you about my horrible experience that I am currently going through with Whirlpool customer care. I called up the whirlpool cutomer care department to rectify a problem occured with my whirlpool washing machine.They sent a technician and he came and did some thing and charged some 1000 rupees. After that machine is not at all working and past one week and I am calling their customer care to send a techinician to rectify the problem,. When ever i call i get the usual answer like we will send it today and today and today. That never ends !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to throw my three year old washing machine and buy a new one it seems only because of the attitude of Whirlpool people .I also have one whirl pool refrigerator and i dont know whats the fate of that one if any problem occurs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So incase if any of you have any idea how to get a whirl pool technician to r

eolve my issue pls let me know.

Lesson that I learned is i never buy or suggest whirlpool product.
