Stearns and Foster/ Mattress Gallery

I purchased a Stearns and Foster, Silver Dreams Mattress from Mattress

Gallery in September of 2005. After 11 months of use the mattress has

visible sags and permanent indentations. The inspector from SleepTek

sent by Mattress Gallery ran a slim ruler type edger across the

mattress. He would not touch the indentations nor acknowledge them. I

paid for the mattress only $1900.00 dollars. I resent having to throw

this mattress out and cannot find an independent inspector to come out

to evaluate this mattress. I am very frustrated at having to throw away

good money and am leery about purchasing a new mattress, that may end up

with the same problem. I know now don't buy a pillow top mattress as

this is a common problem. I was told that because the mattress had

"memory" foam under the top that I wouldn't get the indentations.

Mattress Salespersons are like used car salespersons, be aware. Jan
