People, do not buy this phone card they are rip-offs. They are also involved in FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.......BIG TIME.

I purchased a calling card to Western Samoa which stated that I will have 84 minutes. Prior to purchasing it, I spoke to a representative and she reassured me that I will have 84 minutes as long as I use it all up during my first call, and that I will not be charged for any maintenance or tax fees. I just got off the phone with nobel cards customer service after I made my call to Samoa...and I am furious. Because I only had 60 minutes instead of the 84. I called Customer service and the young woman replied the rest of the minutes I'm supposed to have is being deducted to tax. WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU HAVE 84 minutes for $20 on your advertisement. Dang, I thought I would find a peace of mind with you guys BUT NO, YOU ARE ALL THE SAME. Just like the company in charge of 24/7 phone cards and Oceanic. YOU PEOPLE ARE SO DISHONEST. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYWHERE IN THIS WORLD AND WILL NEVER PROGRESS IN YOUR EFFORTS WITH YOUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU PRACTICE HAV! ING INTEGRITY AND HONESTY IN WHAT YOU DO.
