Taco Bells in Long Beach, Ca

There are two TB’s near us (close to downtown Long Beach). One on Long Beach blvd and sixth? The other on Broadway near Redondo.

Both are terrible when it comes to quality. Most recent experience: tacos with soggy broken shells, a beef and potato burrito with less than a tablespoon of beef, and bean burrito that was supposed to have extra sauce, but had no extra sauce and no cheese. This was at the Broadway location. The one on Long Beach Blvd is so bad I don’t eat there anymore. What is going on with the quality of this chain?
