Global Telecom Group/ Ring Master and Long Distance
|
Global Telecom Group/ Ring Master and Long Distance I am having a problem with my current telephone company. Global Telecom Group, 7181 S.W 117 Avenue Miami Florida.
I have been verbalizing with my telephone company concerning many problems I have been having. I called and requested a second line in my home, because I have a fax machine, and my home line on the same line. I was informed by Lisa that I would not have to get the second line all I need is rang master, and I would have a separate line, so I was giving the second telephone # and was told to wait 24 hr. and it would be working, so when I tried to use the second line it was connected to my first line, I called back and was told that I should have know what the different was, and it would cost me $15.00 to have it removed. I informed them that I requested the second line, and I was told by there telemarketer that the ring Master is the same as the second line. I feel like I am being punish for something I did not request and there telemarketer is getting away with giving out the wrong information. and I still have not rec. my second line, because I am refusing to pay the $15.00 to get it remove. The most recent complaint is I found out the end of April that my long distance is being upgraded without knowledge to me until I have been trying to make a long distance call and it continue to tell me that the circuit line is busy.
I in turned contacted Global telecom to be told that they will give me a 786-924-0930# so that I can make long distance I have paid my bill, so when I contacted the above # and put 51-52-53-54-55 in at the prone I could not understand, because I speak English and not Spanish, I informed the company that I do not speak Spanish I was told that they do not have anything in English, my bill comes in English, and I feel that I should not have to miss calling my mother, because I don't understand the lingo over the phone. I need help to talk to the consumer, because they receive there payment every month, over the phone not in Spanish, but in English. I feel like I have to convert to there language in order to make a long distance call.
