Colonial hyundai of Downingtown PA.

I bought a vehicle from colonial Hyundai on 2/11/06 and its been in the shop

now for a month and a week. I have had to fight and call everyday more then

once a day to get then to stand behind there vehicle. I have only had it for

3 months and its been down 1/3 of the time I owned it they did the work on

it the first time. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that is has $2300 worth of

damage

mechanical failure that they wont even give me an extension on my payment. I

am paying $358 plus insurance on a vehicle that I haven't driven in a month.

The service writers and manager and the in house financial advisors are all

rude arrogant liars Every time I have called they either don't know what's

going on with it or I get someone's else is dealing with this then a

voicemail. They are now after a month going to fix it. But I have been out

of a vehicle for a month and all the head aches and aggravations to get this

people to stand behind there vehicles is just not right. I highly recommend

all looking for a used vehicle or those with bad credit to steer away the

use the bad credit thing to there advantage and treat you like crap. They

trap you, and threaten you if your more then 5 days late.
