Cant get customer service on the line at Vonage

It's day 4 and I am on hold for 47 minutes thus far today. The previous 3 days, I've gone as long as 1 hour and 37 minutes holding before the phone hung up on me like the previous times. All I want to do is cancel my subscription to Vonage. When I select any other option especially becoming a Vonage customer there isn't any hold involved, I get connected directly to the rep. This is a trap and I vow never again to fall for this trap. I would rather pay my cable company more for VOIP service then go through this hell again.
