ABC Distributing is a total rip off. They will not estimate shipping costs and won't hold your shipment until it can be shipped all at once. Sometimes the shipping cost is more than the item. I ordered several Easter items to be sold at a charity fundraiser. They arrived 4 days after Easter -- 3 separate packages arrived the exact same day and each had exhorbitant shipping charges. I finally got through to customer service and asked for a break on the shipping since they were so late. I was rudely told "no" and that I could send the items back at my own expense. I wrote them a letter saying it was for charity and arrived late and I would be willing to keep the items for next year if they would possibly consider lowering the amount charged for shipping. No reply. I received a telephone message and email to contact them and thought maybe they were going to "do the right thing" No--they only wanted to tell me my account was overdue and would not give me any break. I told them I would pay for this shipment but to close my account and never send me another catalog or email again. Their items appear to be a good price but when you add shipping and the aggravation of every item being backordered and the fact that you seldom can get in touch with anyone in customer service, you are better off shopping anywhere but there.
