no receipt and charged my bank and I pd with cash

To whom it may concern

I will never recommend Best Western in West Memphis Arkansas again to anyone. After I arrived I paid by cash well Armon the Manager stated that there wouldnt be a charge on my Debit card that it was deleted off the system. Well upon arriving home on Monday and checking the system he had activated my card anyway and the bank manager told that it had gone through. Now upon checking out he didnt give me a receipt of any kind . I called him he stated he wouldnt give my bank any information regarding how I paid I even asked him to fax me a statement of how I paid, he insisted that the bank needed to call him because he no longer had my information after this he hung up in my face...I don't appreciate this at all..This was poor business I have never stayed in a hotel and not received a receipt for my stay..Hopefully this will get in the hands of the right person to clear this matter up. I have never had a problem with foreigners but from this point on I will be very leary about what business I will use if they are in Mgmt I feel that I was mistreated due to his negligence of not clearing up this matter and now due to his faultiness may account is totally messed up
