Dear Sir,

We have AQUA GUARD System at Office and residence and have given the Annual Maintenance Contract for both to your Centre at Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

Inspite of our reminder we are not getting response for week and months together. Our system in not working last two months at RTC, Nimbahera, Rajasthan.

We are extremely disappointments and plan to black list the AQUA GUARD / EUREKA FORBES and convey the message to all our associates in Rajasthan, unless our problems are addressed promptly.
