I returned call by caller I.D. return and spoke with a male representative. After inquiring the address that he already new, based on the his caller I.D program, he immediately said that a trial package is being mailed out immediately, but first must have my banking account information to confirm a checking account. When I said that I first want to know the monthly price for service he said "No. I first need your checking account information!" When I told him "No. I want to know the price first." He said "Call back when you actually do have a checking account." When I informed him that I do have one but I want the monthly price first, he repeated the above quote and then hung up on me. Your Desired Resolution: confirmation of change in practice which appears fraudulant. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response.
