On 4/28/06 I ordered a notebook computer order# 945448183, I subsequently

cancelled this order about 10 minutes later as I had some reservations with

the warranty.

I then placed the order again on 4/28/06 order# 946401124 this order was

shipped and received.

While checking my bank balance I realized that two payments were debited

from my account for a total of $973.08 ( $486.54 each), I contacted

customer service on 5/1/06 and was told that it would take 24 to 72 hours

for the amount to be credited back to my account. I waited 72 hours and

when my account was still not credited I called again on 5/3/06, this time

I was told it would be credited in 24 hours, I waited 24 hours, no credit,

I

called again on 5/4/06 and this time I was told once again it would be 24

to 72 hours and for the first time, was given a case number.

Today is the 8 of may and still no credit to my account.

DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DOESN'T CARE.
