Cingular Wireless

I just got my cingular phones on Thursday after ordering May 2nd. I

am unhappy with 2 of my LG PTT Phones and wanted to get the other LG

Phones with the camera. I have had my phones for only about 5 days

and they will not honor the online pricing of Buy 1 Get 1 Free. I am

totaly Disgusted with this service and I am going to file a complaint

with the BBB of Alabama because the lady at first I talked to told me

she would honor it. Then she said, OOPS!! I Forgot to read the whole

thing and your basicly out of luck. I am going to keep trying to get

this resolved. But no company should be this much trouble.,
