Sears AC & heat Service contract

I have an agreement with SEARS to service my AC & Heat System. The problem is the units are in my home and they dont come to your home when you need them to. On the reverse of the contract it states that for Medical reasons it will be expidited service but the SEARS representative said we dont really do that.

I have severe allergys and have had them for several years. I cannot open my home to spring weather. In years past they would respond forwith to my request.

I have re-contacted SEARs by both e-mail and telephone and SEARS still refuses to show-up and repair my AC unit.
