Non functiong of Aqua guard Reviva water filter- reg

Sub: Surrendering of Aquaguard Reviva water filter-Reg.

Ref: i. Customer code no :1030010082

ii. Invoice No. 19876 dt.08-02-2005.

I have purchased the Aqua guard reviva water filter under the invoice

referred above. I have complained about non functioning of the equipment on

07-01-2006 vide complaint No 44590. I have also reminded several times.

But after 15-20 days one of the representative came here and checked the

functioning of the machine and he informed that the membrane was damaged.

But I came to know that the life of the membrane is 2 years, but my machine

is not even worked for one year. He asked me to pay Rs. 3500/- for annual

contract and I have also paid the amount vide cheque No. 490984 dtd 25-01-06

of SIB Anna nagar. One of the company representatives came here after a

month for installing the membrane but I have refused to accept the same.

Because I came to know that the Reviva water filter is not suitable for our

conolony water. The quality of water was not checked before installation.

This Reviva water filter is failure for our colny water, Moreover our

Shanthi colony is not coming under Anna nagar jurisdiction. Hece no body is

attending the calls properly. So we are not at all satisfied about the

companies service and the information provided by the company as well as the

Reviva water filter. Till now we are keeping the Reviva water filter

ideally. Hence I humbly request you to return my initial deposit of

Rs.12,500/- and Rs.3500/- (Recently collected cheque for annual maintenance

contract) and take thback the water filter. Expecting your favourable reply

at the earliest.

I have already sent a complaintin March 2006 and a remainder in April

2006 to your Annanagar branch and Chennaai area office.

I request you to expedite the matter and return as our money at the

earliest failing which the matter will be dealt by consumer education and

research forum through legally.
