complaint for charter phone service

I had phone service set up yesterday (5-6-06) with Charter internet phone service it worked for about 2 hours then i lost the dial tone i called customer service and they said they would send someone rite over. It is now 7:30pm the next day and after many calls to different departments and many promises no one came and I still have no phone service. I f you do try charter internet phone service be sure to have a back up phone from day one. I lost my job because i had no phone service, i promised my clients thru email that it would be back soon but it never came.I f they would have told me repair would have taken over a day i would have said that to my clients. I tried to save some money and lost a job.
