Yahoo groups

Yahoo groups is having major problems with their emails. They are not being delivered and some even disappear. There seems to be no place to get in contact directly with Yahoo or Yahoo groups to let them know of their own problems. Grrrrrr! It is very frustrating! Help is needed so the groups can communicate. Nobody seems to care.
