Web Site Developer Fraud

To Whom It May Concern;

This is to notify all persons of the web hosting and web site developer Ionhosts who has taken a $375.00 deposit towards the development of a e-commerce web site in Feb 2006 and as of this posting has not completed the design, has not responded to emails and now because I have contacted the billing company used by Ionhosts (2checkout.com) with continuous complaints, the developer as of today has suspended my account and refused to let me keep what has been done to date as well as refund my deposit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMANY!! The individual involved does not have enough experience to build a web site if it requires more than a cut & paste or downloaded template.
