Toshiba TV by Circuit City's lack of servic

We purchased a Toshiba TV there and have maintained

a yearly service contract,payable to Circuit City.

The first time we had to use it was March 9,06 and were told that they now longer sell Toshiba and are not able to get the part.

I have contacted a lady by the name of Rita Wyatt in service dept. She never personally answers her phone and her answering machine says, she will return the call, which has not happened yet.

Around April 14,06 we received a message that it has been turned over to the credit dept. and they will issue a credit within 5 to 7 working days. This being May 5 we still have not heard anything and not received a credit.

Please help.
