Dear Complaints.com,

Northwest Bell phone from Office Max $30 Rebate sent to UNICAL Enterprises In., City of Industry, CA. We have been ignored for months. Purchased phone on December 6, 2005. Mailed Rebate by December 15, 2005. Began follow-up on rebate February 27, 2006. Called and left over 10 messages for follow up with UNICAL and was never contacted. Contacted customer service Office Max starting May 1, 2006 and they have not responded back either.
