CIC Credit report Monthly reports

I want my name and my $9.95 back. I didn't sign up for month to month service and I'm not going to be charged for something that I didn't want. Stop charging my account for this. I have not seen any report since December 2005. Why am I still getting charged?

My account was charged on 12/13/05 for this and I was not happy, as I used this service only one time and that was all I needed, not any more than that.

Again, please stop charging my account.
