Bellsouth Fast Access DSL Lite

Recently we subscribed to Bellsouth FastAccess DSL light. The advertisement says that you get speeds of up to 256kb however, we are only getting speeds up to 218kbs. We called their technical support and they said this was a good speed. So, when they say "up to " you can rely on it. Don't expect 256. You aren't buying what you think you are and I'll bet that is true for all of the higher speeds as well.. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK INTO WHAT YOU ARE BUYING WITH FASTACCESS.
