Empire Today, Laminate Floor, Orlando Florida Office

We hired Empire Today to install laminate floor in our entire house!!! Our salesman sold us on hiring Empire Today

even though we felt the price was high. He told us their staff not outside laborers would install our floor, which included tearing up our carpet and leveling the floor in case there are any uneven spots etc. Well, contracted labor showed up and we have

a huge dip in the laminate floor where it was not leveled. We complained and wanted it fixed and we are told that if we

want it fixed they will tear up the floor at no cost to us but we have to hire an outside contractor and pay to have the floor fixed. I have tried numerous attempts and have talked to several supervisors at Empire Today and was told, sorry we don’t

know why your salesman lied to you and if you want it fixed you must pay to get it fixed. Again, we hired them because we knew we did not know what we were doing putting in a floor and we wanted it to be installed correctly!!!!! We are so disappointed in this company and felt we were lied to and did not receive any compensation for not receiving the product we were promised!!!!!

We would never recommend hiring Empire Today to anyone!!!!!!!!
