Complaint reg hutch Prepaid Connection Hi
This is Aundy K Mahesh from IBM India, one of the Hutch prepaid Customer. Actually i took the connection on April 17th, 2006 and on that day itself i recharged for 200/- rs. I was told that i will get 50/- rs as primary balance and rs 175/- secondary balance(for speaking to local mobiles).
The details of SIM i am giving it below
Mobile No: 9886547367 SIM No: 8991860024138122479 Date of Purchase : 17th of April, 2006.
But i was recharged with only the secondary balance and on primary balance i received with only 0.57 paise. Then i contacted the Hutch Sales person named Ramesh whom i got the connection ( Mobile number is: 9886822040) and he told that i will be credited 50 Rs. I waited for nearly one week but it was not credited and then i called up for Hutch Customer care. They also told that initially my SIM was having negative balance so only that amount was not credited. I explained them that i bought the new connection and recharged on the same day itself. Then that executive promised that i will be credited with the amount. Then after sometime i received a call from (9886390589) and i was asked to press *123*#20 and that guy also told that the amount will be credited to you. After that till now i called several times and spoke with the Hutch care executives. I am receiving the same reply that within a day i will be recharged with 50 rs. But the situation remains the same.
Is this the service provided by such a reputed Service Provider. This is a very awful situation for me, since i am not able to make any STD calls and even to a local land line numbers. I am very peeved with this kind of treatment and will have to file a complaint with Customer form if you dont take any action.
