not refunding my money when flight got cancelled

Hi,

I live in Champaign IL. I visited India in Jan-Feb 2006. I booked a ticket from Pune to Delhi but the flight got cancelled due to some reason.

Below are my booking cancellation details. I was told in Pune that I will be getting my money back in 30 days. I am still waiting on my money to be refunded to my account bank account as promised to me by the staff in PUNE (Mr. Yang and Miss Deepti).

>From here also, i contacted many times but i didn't got any positive response. This is highly unprofessional. Now its not possible for me come there and get my money.

Travel date : Feb 12 2006

Pls let me know if you can forward this e-mail to specific department. because I didn't find any e-mail adress where I can send this e-mail.your help will be highly appreciated.
