dr symatec antivirus protection Home computer. Private resident. I had signed up for the Norton Anti virus protection which provided good services. Norton sent me a reminder that my subscription would be expiring soon. I click on to renew my subscription and shopped around there programs they offered. I chose Dr. Symantec for $76.98 this was in Feb. 22 2006. My credit card was billed and paid the $76.98
I waited for acknowledgement of my renewed subscription and certification that my computer was protected. My adult children use the computer since they attend college. I assumed that Dr. Symantec had already begun my anti virus protection since they did receive payment. It has now been three months and I am still receiving reminders that I need to renew my subscription and I have no icon to show that I am being protected.
The www.symantec store.com is a dead end to nothing. If you are unable to get through on line it tells you to call but does not give a telephone number.
I am so disappointed. they don't even give you an address to write to. It's sad that we have to be protected from the businesses that promise to give you protection.
