I purchased a Nero 7 Ultra Editon from Comp USA and followed the instructions to apply for the $20 rebate.

Now they send me a post card one month later stating that they can not complete my rebate because, “We did not receive a user’s manual title page from an eligible previous full retail version of the product with your request.” The instructions for the rebate were only for the original proof of purchase and a copy of the sales receipt. This was sent.

I should have checked this site first to see how many complaints were against this company before I bought the product. This seems like a scam either to collect from Nero and not give me the rebate or Nero is involved with the come on in selling their product.
