I am sick and tired of going into this store and having to stand in a long line with 2 checkers and the manager is off somewhere not tending to business. While there several days ago, he was just talking to another employee. There were 10 or 12 of us in line. This seems to happen ALL of the time and I am tired of it. You are herded into one line which I find annoying. There is a Kohl's right down the street and if service doesn't improve that will be my store of choice. A business is only as good as it's manager and he sucks. I know my few dollars are not important, but having owned a business for many years, I know customer satisfaction is the top priority.
