Sears Repair
I must say that Sears has the worse repair service in the market. They are totally unreliable and inconsiderate of their customers’ time. It is unfortunate but even though we have been customers for almost 40 years, we will return our Sears credit card and get rid of all their products, given that they do not provide any service that we can consider valuable or reliable.
Our two year old washing machine needed a repair and when we called Sears they gave us an appointment for the repair people to show up between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This of course is extremely inconvenient because we had to take a day off work not knowing when they are going to show up. I had an impending business to take care that could not wait. I tried to call Sears and all I got was an automated, pre-recorded response. When I called back to see the status of my repair call I was told they had contacted me while I was out. Because of that they would not be able to come back for another 10 days. In the meantime I am without a washing machine.
