I purchased a Motorola MD 751 and 2 extensions for the phone at a cost of $226.92. I am over my 30 days for a refund. I am now only allowed to continually return the product for exchanges. The product will not let me answer incoming calls, I sound like I am talking underwater per callers, and a lot of static on the other callers end. If I had purchased this item from the Navy Exchange, Wal-Mart, or Circuit City when they had the product on their shelves I would be able to go right now and get a refund irregardless of the time frame (interesting how they no longer carry this item?). I purchased the phones on 4/4/06, but was not charged for them until 4/10/06 and received them after that and the 4/4/06 is supposed to be my 1st day of my 30 days. How is it fair to the consumer who gets the product well after order date and shipping date to try the product and return it before the 30 days? How is it fair to the consumer who purchased the product in good faith and is not happy with the quality not be able to get a refund just because they bought it online and not in a store?

I will never buy another Motorola product from their online store again!

Thanks
