I have Time Warner internet services.


In March they replaced a faulty line at that time the tech.told us they would be out to bury the large orange cable they stretched across our yard in 8 to 10 days.


Well it is now May 31st.and in spite of the fact I have called them every week since they tell me 8 to 10 days. I actually fell over this cable on May 24th and bruised my right arm., which I also told them still nothing.


If I owed them a bill they would not have any trouble finding their way to my home to cut off the service.


Thank you, for giving us a place to voice our complaints because Time Warner has no way to issue a complaint on their site
