Crestliner boat

I bought a new 18 ft crestliner sportsman last year 2005. I discovered today that the welds along the sides that hold the bench seats in place have all broke loose.Anybody else have a poblem like that?The boat is really loose now and there is a lot of give in the hull when i travel over the waves,i live in Newfoundland.
