CarMax Auto Super Stores Winston Salem NC

My mother bought her 2000 Nissan from Carmax in Winston Salem NC.

She financed it thu Carmax Auto Finance, and she has mad 21 payments on the loan and all $100 over what here car payment is so she would pay it off sooner.

Well she was going to pay it off thinking she only owed 2-3 thousand on it low and be hold when she got her pay off it was over 6,000 dollars. So when she called and talked to them they told her that she in facted owed 6300.00 on her car and when asked where all her money was going they said on "your car loan where else do you think it would go?" in a smart attitude. Well she requested a copy of her account of what was going to intrest and principal. WHen she got it there were payments missed not credited to her account and when she made two payments in one month there was only accounted for one payment.... when she called them back and asked why wasnt all her payments on there they said it might have been a computer problem. Well after sending here another copy of the same thing they sent her the first time. She called them again and asked again... they told her it was a computer problem, and when she said you told me that the last time they told here they didnt see anything wrong with the account and told her there was nothing they could do about it.
