Sears mastercard

I have a Sears MasterCard, I DO NOT miss payments to them or my other creditors, and yet almost every month my interest rate increases.( I also DO NOT SHOP AT SEARS OR K-MART, owned by Sears) I call Sears every month without fail to inquire about why it has gone up and can my rate be lowered. With out fail I am given the same song & dance. This last month (May2006) I connected to two of the rudest customer sevice emplyees, one a service rep the other his supervisor. I also contacted Citi Bank which owns Sears Mastercard, they did not understand why Sears keeps punishing me for being timely, but Sears has a lock on their account, so Citi Bank cannot help me in any way.Citi Bank's customer service reps & supervisors were VERY appologetic. So what's the deal, pay on time and get scrwed by Sears??? So now I pay almost 30% interest. Sears, I am a hard working, honest individual. Our family income decreased by over 25%, utilities rose by about 25%, and property taxes increased by 60%, and Sears, a wicked money hungery company, just keeps taking more because it says in my contract with them ( according to the service reps) "they can raise my interest without reason or notification" BOYCOTT SEARS & K-MART.
