Bad experience at falore nissan Sunnyvale

I've purchased the 2002 Nissan Sentra car from Nissan Falore located at 680 E. El Camino al, Sunnyvale, California 94087 on May 6, 2006.

First day I went and had a look felt the car was ok and then they asked me to sign few papers and give a deposit of 2000. The next day when I went I had made up my mind that the car was not good for 10000/-. I felt a new sentra for additional 2K to 3K would be better.

But they refused to give me a new car saying the registration is already done for the first used car. I really don’t know if they would do the registration for 2000/-.

The amount I've paid is about $10000 and from the first day felt very unhappy about the car. Plus It had oil leak too. When I went back two days later the saleman said the deal is closed and they cant take care. I finally fixed with the help of the Service person who was very nice to me.

I do not know if I can recover from this expensive and unpleasant experience, all I know is these people need to be handled with care.

I would just like more people to know about these kind of used car dealers like Nissan Falore Sunnyvale, California.

I wished these people pay the price for these kind of bad sales.
