Medco Health THIS IS THE TEXT OF A MESSAGE I JUST SENT TO MEDCO On 5/25/06 I placed an order for Rx 051731154207 and Rx 060760990607. A moment later I realized the system was going to bill my wife's credit card, so I spent 15 minutes or so on the phone with a service rep explaining I wanted to be billed directly. She assured me the credit card would not be charged and I'd be billed directly. I just received the 2 drugs with a statement saying my wife's credit card has been billed. I have never been involoved with an outfit as unreliable as Medco. I've spent hours explaining on the phone and in email messages to Medco and IBM that my wife and I use different credit cards and bank accounts and Medco's user-unfriendly (and very cumbersome) online system has defaults that are extremely inconvenient for us. I plan to copy IBM CHQ on this text. I will also send it to online sites that track this sort of thing as an aid to those researching the quality of service prior to entering contracts with organizations like yours. I hope you will correct this billing error promptly. And arrange the default billing for our account so that no credit card is ever billed when either of us orders drugs. This is a long-standing problem. From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 31-May-06 11:55:31 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
