Complaint against irresponsible attitude of Service Centre

I have purchased two Videocon Washing Machine on 24.05.06 ( before SIX day) from M/sMilan Associates, Bhopal vide Invoice No. 178 dated 24.05.06. I am sorry to approach you to tell you what kind of service provided by your service centre.

i. For demo - a man came after one day to demonstrate the system of machine but unfortunately we assume that he had no knowledge of working system of Videocon Washing Machine. And he was giving ambiguous reply of our queries.

ii. I have lodged a complaint about the working of the machines on 29.05.06 ( Only after 4 days of purchasing of new machine) to the dealer and follow up about the complaint to your service centre. They have not attended the complaint till today i.e. at 11.30 AM of 31st May 06. Your service centre is unable to giving proper reply.

If this type of attitude of your service centre will remain continue then I have to take some serious legal action or I will be compelled to go to Consumer Forum against you.
