verizon phone service

maryland office.

1) did not allow me to talk to a supervisor to handle my promblem,3 times

..(either the supervisor did not want to be bothered).

2) discriminate against the mentally ill.

explaination, my husband has his case workers at the way station pay the

house bills out of his social security check.

verizon insitited that i give them an account number,which was given to the

way station ,therfore retaining no infomation here at the house,was unable

to give an account number.(account numbers can be taken out of the trash

..social security numbers are not as easy to get.) there fore i was unable to

get sevices taken of my verizon account, till i called verizon complaint

department wasteing time needed to take care of other things that neede to

be taken care of.

any help with this matters will be grately appreciated
