hotel reservation

I reserved a room at econo lodge in Summerville S.C. in April through

traveltoday.net. When we arrived, the room was not suitable. It smelled and

the dresser was falling apart in the floor. Traveltoday is charging me a

25.00 cancellation fee leaving to stay elsewhere on short notice during a

bike rally. We were lucky to find another room. I really don't think we

should be charged for something that we had no control over. They said they

were not going to change their policy. In other words, tuff shit. Thanks.
