design savers plan

I bought a plan through Design Savers back in February 2006, by the end of April I decided to cancel the plan. I sent an email to the cancellation department 1 week before the money was supposed to be taken out of my account. THe same day I sent my email they took out the policy premium. That was one week before it was to be taken out. I called the company and tey stated that the money would be refunded within 10-14 working days. It's now the 30th of May and the money still has not been returned to my account. I think that not only is this company a sham, but not transferring the money back into my account after they took it out 1 week early is wrong. I do not think that anyone should try to get coverage from Design Savers Plan. I am still trying to get my money back. This company will call you in a heart beat if you want to purchase their policy, but if you need customer service or want your money back it's like pulling finger nails.
