This company sells, among other things, bedding on their website.


What you won’t notice, until you try to return something that doesn’t meet your expectations (or if you change your mind!) is the little line in their returns policy that excludes returning ANY bedding – even though it’s just part of their stock. Apparently, bedding is considered “Custom, personalized and special order items.” Who in the world considers sheets, curtains, and comforters “special order”? Not me. Any department store allows returns of unopened, pristine condition items. Why won’t they?

Returns and Exchanges We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Custom, personalized and special order items such as bedding, flower girl and communion dresses are not returnable.
