We had a small problem with our shower faucets and Bullocks came out and looked at the job; the shower parts are older and it is only a small job..James, the plumber reviewed the problem and called the supply warehouse to find out he was not able to get the parts until the next business day. After cleaning up a huge leak that was caused by James and turned out to ruin our entire basement ceiling he left and told us we would hear from him the next day...I waited patiently and called him 4 days later. He told me that the parts were not available at his normal supply house and he would find the parts and call us back asap...Here we are over 2 weeks with a ruined ceiling and still a non working shower. I did call him back and left a voice message asking him to call me either way if he could not complete the job just to let us move on and fix the shower....I am very annoyed and disappointed that he has yet NOT returned the call. I understand the job was small but a phone call could have solved this problem. Now he has a very upset family without a working shower...I have heard these nitemare problems with contractors but this is the first time ever that I have experienced such un professionalism. He did not follow thru with the parts and also neglected to call us back. I think this is a terrible way to conduct a business and I can only hope other customers can read this before calling this company. My husband owns a family business and would never not return a phone call...its just an awful way to conduct business!!!
