poor quality at west drayton burger king branch.

to whom it may concern,i am writing this complaint email as i am terribly unhappy at the service myself and my family recieved at this resturant on the 30 may 2006.at around 1pm myself along with three other adults and six children entered the west drayton branch for lunch.on entering we went straight to the counter as the children sat and waited,there were no other customers in at this time,we were met by one gentleman who asked for my order,i told him,i wanted one spicey bean burger meal plus one chicken bite childrens meal,that done my family proceeded with there orders.at this time while we were waiting we noticed at how short staffed they were as we had to wait quite a while for our lunch.we observed that the manager was actually the one doing the cooking(with no hair net on nor gloves i might add).there is alot more i would like to add,so please could i have someone in a managerial capacity respond to this email.regards charlotte lesurf.
